The Dubois County Museum Membership Dinner opens with a Happy Hour at 5:00 p.m. on
Thursday, January 23, 2025, as speakers Vince Luecke (St. Benedict’s Brew Works) and
Jonathon Weyer (The Red Rooster Brew Werks and Distillery) open the discussion on
“Bootlegging in Dubois County”. Check out the Beer recipes from 1905-1920 from Vince
Luecke. Cash bar available. Those wishing to become new members of the museum are
welcome to attend.
The membership Dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. Oink Inc. will be catering pork chops and
pecan chicken with sides of hash brown casserole, green beans, Hawaiian rolls, and Red Velvet
Cake and Italian Crème Cake for dessert. Cost of the meal is $25 per person.
A Business Meeting by the Museum’s Board of Directors hosted by Bruce Heeke, Museum
Board President, will follow the meal. Then speakers for the evening, Vince Luecke, St.
Benedict’s Brew Works and Jonathon Weyer, The Red Rooster Brew Werks and Distillery, will
speak. Vicki Wiederkehr is the Coordinator of the Bootlegging Topic.

The museum hopes you will come for the 5:00 p.m. discussion, then the meeting and
