The Dubois County Museum will host their 5th Annual Car Show on Sunday, August 11, 2024, from
10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the museum at 2704 N. Newton Street in Jasper, IN. The show will
be held in the shady area and parking lot behind the museum. It will be held rain or shine.
Registration is from 9:00 a.m. to noon. Cost is $15 per vehicle the day of the show, or $10 per
pre-registered vehicle. Pre-registration forms are due by August 5. The forms are available at
the museum or on the Facebook page.
Concessions will be available by 10:00 a.m. Concessions will be serving charbroiled Merkley
Meats- cheeseburgers, hamburgers, bratwursts and egg sausage sandwiches. Refreshments
and novelty items also available.
Dash plaques will be presented to the first 100 cars entered in the show. Goody bags will be
presented to the first 50 cars entered.
Judging begins at noon. Awards will be presented to Pre 2000 model year cars with Top 25 and
Best of Show, to 2000 and newer models with Top 15 and Best of Show, a Special Interest
Award and a People’s Choice Award. Attendance prizes and drawings will be held all day to
those cars entered.
The Dubois County Museum will open from 1-4:00 p.m. for visitors to enjoy seeing the Largest
County Museum in the State with over 50,000 square feet of exhibits. Admission charged. ($5
per adult). The museum is celebrating its 25th year this year.
