Are you a Chess player? Do you like the game of Chess? The Dubois County Museum invites
chess players to come to the museum on Saturday, April 11, 2026, anytime from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. to
play chess with other players as they host a Day of Chess. All skill levels are invited. If you
want to learn some new moves, we will help you. If you just want to play for the enjoyment of
the game, we can help you there as well. It is open to all ages and the cost is the price of
admission to the museum which is $5 per adult, $3 per high school student and $2 for middle
school. Chess boards and pieces will be provided by the museum. You are welcome to bring
your own sets.
