The Dubois County Museum will again host their popular Halloween program, Spooky Streets,
on Thursday evening, October 23, 2025, from 5:30-7:30pm at the museum. Volunteers have lined the
Main Street area with glowing lights and fall decorations. Costumed volunteers will position
themselves in the shops to offer a fun spooky experience for our younger guests. Doors will
open at 5:30 pm in this Open House format. Closing at 7:30 pm. You are invited to come in
Halloween costumes. Crafts, activities and ice cream await in the Log House area. The first 100
children will receive a treat bag. Treat bags will be distributed in the lobby area when
departing. No reservations needed. The museum is offering no charge for the evening, but
would welcome a donation to cover the rising costs of candy and treats.
Also on Halloween, Friday, October 31, 2025, museum volunteers will distribute Halloween treats to
all visitors coming into the museum from 10:00am-2:00pm that day. Costumes are not
required to get a treat.
