The Dubois County Museum announces their schedule for the 2025 Strassenfest. The 2025
Strassenfest celebrates the 40th Anniversary of the Sister Cities of Jasper and the shared
partnership with Jasper students participating with students from Pfaffenweiler Germany in the
program. On Thursday, July 31, 2025, at 10:15 a.m. there will be a dedication of a display at the
museum of a Tribute to Mary Jo Meuser, the Jasper High School teacher that got the student
involvement off the ground and running. The public is invited to this event to celebrate this
remarkable woman and 40 years of collaboration of the Sister City program. On Thursday, July
31, and Friday, August 1, the museum will be open extended hours from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00
p.m.
Saturday hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and yes, on Sunday, the museum will be open
from 1:00-4:00 p.m.

The 2025 Photo Contest photos will be on display during Strassenfest and will be displayed till
August 11.
Come share our awesome museum with others. Our special exhibit to the local movie theaters
is on display till November 2025.
